Dr. Waldery Hilgeman - Missio Pastoralis
The task of Postulators is one that must be irreproachable, inspired by rectitude and marked by absolute integrity. They are required to have professional competence, capacity for discernment and honesty in helping diocesan bishops to instruct inquiries comprehensively, objectively and validly in terms of both form and substance. (Pope Benedict XI, Address to Postulators, 17 December 2007)
